As a Sous Chef, you'll be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

Requirements |

  • Passionate about supporting and developing your team, maintaining high standards
  • Experienced in managing kitchen operations, planning shifts, and coaching
  • Knowledge of food safety, health and safety standards, and financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
  • Ability to celebrate team successes and recognize individual needs
