What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise daily operations of the cash and credit posting team, including task assignment and schedule maintenance
- Collaborate with management to establish goals, objectives, and priorities within the assigned function
- Monitor and ensure timely and accurate submission of data in compliance with reporting requirements
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resolve outstanding issues in collaboration with cross-divisional teams
- Provide ongoing leadership and guidance to the assigned team, partnering with Human Resources on employee matters
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2-3 years’ experience as a Senior Cash & Credit Posting Representative or Lead Cash & Credit Posting Representative; or 1-3 years’ experience as a Supervisor
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and email applications
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management
