Role: Sous Chef | Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver high standards of food quality and service
• Support training and development of team members
• Manage kitchen operations, including food safety, health and safety standards, and financial performance such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
• Plan shifts and ensure proper staffing coverage
• Recognize and celebrate team successes, understanding individual drivers and needs

Qualifications:

• Passionate about supporting and developing team members

• Knowledge of financial aspects related to kitchen management
