What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle day-to-day agent team questions and issues, along with reporting duties
- Monitor team workload and delegate tasks to enhance performance
- Support staff training and mentorship as needed
- Maintain communication and a positive environment within the team
- Attend client and account manager meetings as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience working with a GDS
- 5+ years of experience in fare, ticketing, and exchanges
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, TEAMs, Excel, Word, and Google Docs
- Strong organizational skills and excellent customer service abilities
- Passion for travel and delivering service excellence
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Sabre Native GDS is a plus
- Demonstrated conflict resolution skills and creative problem-solving abilities
- Ability to proactively anticipate and mitigate potential issues
