What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee daily cash and credit posting activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Collaborate with management to establish goals, objectives, and priorities for the team
- Monitor and ensure compliance with reporting requirements and submission of data
- Serve as a subject matter expert, resolving outstanding issues in collaboration with cross-divisional teams
- Provide ongoing leadership and guidance to the team, partnering with Human Resources on employee matters

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2-3 years’ experience as a Senior Cash & Credit Posting Representative or Lead Cash & Credit Posting Representative; or 1-3 years’ experience as a Supervisor
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and email applications
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively engage with all levels of management
