What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize consultative sales skills to understand client needs and provide personalized travel recommendations
- Manage and follow up on new leads and inbound sales calls, without cold calling
- Book new cruise and land vacations for past guests and enhance booked reservations with additional services
- Research and develop personalized travel recommendations using booking and search engines
- Use Salesforce to manage client relationships, track sales, and communicate effectively with clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of recent experience selling cruises and/or travel products
- Experience in a team sales environment
- Proficiency in working with cruise line booking engines
- Experience with CRM systems to document daily calls and activity, with Salesforce being a plus
- Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to work occasional evenings and weekends

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- A history of exceeding sales quotas and being a top performer
- Experience with computer proficiency in word processing and web browsing
- Capability to work from home with a quiet workstation and stable internet connection
