Levy Sector at Lumen Field is seeking a Culinary Supervisor to oversee a team of culinary professionals and assist chefs in executing diverse menus across concessions, suites, catering, clubs, and main kitchen. Qualifications

• Professional culinary training or equivalent experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Supervisory kitchen experience required.
• Must be 21+ and able to pass a background check.
• Must maintain Washington State Food Worker Permit.

Responsibilities

• Apply culinary skills and train others in proper food prep and plating.
• Prepare hot and cold foods following recipes and portioning standards.
• Execute portioning and garnishing for guest delivery across venues.
• Oversee prep and service for high-volume concessions and premium events.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to plan menus and estimate consumption.
