Levy Restaurants is seeking a Culinary Supervisor for the MAIN KITCHEN at Audi Field. This role directs food-service staff, enforces recipes, portions, and safety standards, and collaborates with management on purchasing to reduce waste.

You will ensure high-quality meals, proper temperatures, and adherence to HACCP guidelines while maintaining smooth operations during service periods. This position offers growth in a dynamic stadium environment.

Qualifications

• Directly supervises food-service associates in accordance with policies, procedures and applicable laws.
• Assists management with purchasing requirements to minimize waste and prevent shortages.
• Maintains proper food quality, temperatures and portion control using approved recipes and standards.
• Operates and cleans kitchen equipment following department procedures.
• Ensures proper labeling, dating, and rotation of food items to minimize spoilage.

Responsibilities
