Job summary

Levy Restaurants at Lumen Field in Seattle is seeking a Culinary Supervisor to lead a team of culinary professionals, assist chefs, and ensure top-tier food preparation across concessions, suites, catering, clubs, and the main kitchen.

You will drive guest satisfaction by maintaining food quality, controlling portions, and coordinating with chefs to plan menus for high-volume events in a fast-paced sports and entertainment setting.

Qualifications

• Professional kitchen supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Washington State Food Handlers Permit required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead preparation and service for high-volume concessions and premium events.
• Train culinary staff on preparation and plating to ensure consistent quality.
• Coordinate with Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to plan menus and control portions.
