Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred not required.
• One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant is required.
• Excellent verbal communication with a wide range of people; active listening.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador – enthusiastic about our quality products and educate customers.
• Become a product and culinary expert through training classes.
• Provide a butcher-friendly shopping experience by personalizing the process.
• Assist customers at checkout and deliver a memorable experience.
• Stocking duties: lift up to 50lb, rotate products, dust and clean store.
• Oversee price changes and manage cash register as required.
• Process ecommerce orders and oversee timely product handout for deliveries.
• Work in a very cold environment including walk-in freezer; inventory monthly.
