Wild Fork Team Member positions are designed to train you as a personal chef and friendly butcher, delivering unforgettable guest experiences. You’ll master product knowledge to recommend dishes, manage inventory for freshness, and handle online order fulfillment with a friendly checkout.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
• Work with integrity as a TEAM toward a shared vision.
• Be determined and deliver superior results with a sense of urgency, time management, and prioritization.
• Take ownership and responsibility to be successful.
• Acts with respect and values other opinions.
• Strong cognitive skills, including problem analyzing.
• Enthusiasm and passion for food and customer service preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Fundamental math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Availability to work a flex schedule, including early mornings, evenings and weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador – educate the consumer on Wild Fork values and products.
• Become a product and culinary expert during training to provide recipes and cooking tips.
• Provide a butcher-friendly shopping experience by personalizing the process.
• Assist customers at checkout and deliver a memorable experience.
• Stock duties including lifting up to 50lb, rotating products, ordering, dusting, cleaning.
• Oversee daily price changes and manage the cash register as needed.
• Process e-commerce orders and ensure timely product handout for deliveries.
• Work in an extremely cold environment (walk-in freezer) and perform monthly inventory.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
