Job summary

Wild Fork Foods Team Member is a frontline role focused on delivering a memorable guest experience. You will be trained as a personal chef and friendly butcher with deep product knowledge to recommend proteins for customers.

You will manage inventory to maximize freshness, replenish stock, and pick/pack online orders while ensuring a friendly checkout experience. Starting rate is $18/hour with a monthly bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant is required.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a wide range of people.

Responsibilities

Be a Brand Ambassador - educate customers about Wild Fork Foods and our quality products.
Become a product and culinary expert to provide recipes and cooking tips.
Provide a butcher friendly shopping experience by personalizing the process.
Assist customers at checkout and deliver a memorable experience.
Stocking duties, rotating products, and assisting with inventory.
Oversee daily price changes and manage cash register as required.
Process e-commerce orders and coordinate timely pick-up/delivery.
Work in a cold environment including walk-in freezers.
