Job summary

Wild Fork Foods is seeking a Team Member to deliver a memorable guest experience, become a personal chef and friendly butcher with strong product knowledge to recommend dishes or proteins. You will assist with inventory, pick and pack online orders, and provide a friendly checkout experience.

You will train in cooking and product knowledge, work in a cold environment, and participate in promotions and events.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant is required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to listen and understand customer needs.
• Work with integrity as a TEAM toward a shared vision.
• Be determined and deliver superior results with a sense of urgency, time management, and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador – educate the consumer on Wild Fork Foods values and quality products.
• Become a product and culinary expert by using training to provide recipes and cooking tips.
• Provide a butcher-friendly shopping experience by personalizing every step of the way.
• Assist customers at checkout and deliver a memorable service.
• Perform stocking duties, rotate products, and maintain the store environment.
• Oversee price changes and cash register operations as required.
• Process e-commerce orders and coordinate timely delivery handouts.
• Work in a very cold environment (walk-in freezer) and handle inventory.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
