Job summary

Wild Fork is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver a memorable shopping experience and to become a personal chef and friendly butcher for guests. You will learn to share knowledge, recommend recipes, and ensure product availability through diligent inventory control.

The role includes stocking duties, assisting at checkout, and processing e-commerce orders in a fast-paced environment. Starting wage is $16.00/hour with monthly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to listen actively.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador – educate customers about Wild Fork quality.
• Become a product and culinary expert through training and tips for cooking.
• Provide a friendly, personalized shopping experience.
• Assist customers at checkout and handle online orders for timely handouts.
• Stock, rotate products, and manage price changes with accuracy.
