Wild Fork Foods is hiring a Team Member to deliver a memorable guest experience and act as a personal chef and friendly butcher. You will learn product knowledge, assist with online orders, and maintain inventory in a cold walk-in environment.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED; not strictly required.
• One year of customer service in retail, hospitality, or restaurant is required.
• Excellent verbal communication; listen and respond to customers effectively.
• Work with integrity as a team toward a shared goal.
• Be determined and deliver results with urgency, time management, and prioritization.
• Take ownership and responsibility to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador and educate customers about Wild Fork values.
• Become a product and culinary expert through training and recipes.
• Provide a personalized butchery shopping experience.
• Assist customers at checkout and deliver a memorable experience.
• Stock and rotate products, lift up to 50 lb, and maintain cleanliness.
• Oversee price changes and operate cash register as needed.
• Process online orders and ensure timely handout for deliveries.
• Work in cold environments, including walk-in freezer duties.
• Perform other related duties as required.
