Job summary

Naples Grande Beach Resort, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a motivated Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. You will assist in production and preparation, support the chef, and help deliver guest-focused dining experiences on a luxury property along Florida’s Paradise Coast.

Candidates should have professional kitchen experience, be able to work all shifts, lift 50 pounds, and maintain sanitary work areas while minimizing waste.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• Must have or be able to obtain active food handler certification.
• Ability to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in production and fabrication of food for kitchen, cafeteria, banquet, dining room and fine dining.
• Maintain a sanitized and orderly kitchen work environment.
• Support chefs in recipe execution and portion control.
• Learn and apply various cooking procedures (grill, sauté, fry).
• Minimize food waste through cross-utilization of ingredients.
• Prepare ingredients and set up workstations with required equipment and ingredients.
