Job summary

Qualifications

• Culinary education or equivalent experience.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced dining environments.
• Ability to obtain food safety certification.
• English reading, writing and speaking proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day kitchen operations and report to the Concessions Chef.
• Lead a kitchen team with respect and commitment to guest satisfaction.
