You will lead and develop a diverse culinary team, guide food preparation, plating, and presentation, and collaborate with the management team to maintain taste and presentation excellence.

Newly selected managers will receive eight weeks of rotational on-site training to accelerate onboarding.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in hospitality or similar high-volume restaurant role.
• Strong leadership to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety regulations, and kitchen operations.
• Excellent organizational and time management for a fast-paced environment.
• Budgeting, cost control, and inventory management understanding.
• Effective communication with team, executive chef, and other departments.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
