Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager to support culinary operations at Moravian Manor in Lititz, PA. You will oversee kitchen operations serving the retail cafe, four skilled care dining rooms, and catering, ensuring high-quality service.

This leadership role requires strong culinary knowledge, client relations, and the ability to mentor a team of about 50 staff. Typical hours are 10:00am to 6:30pm and may require weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience leading on-site food service teams.
• 3 years of management experience.
• Experience in high-volume dining environments.
• HACCP knowledge and regulatory understanding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site food service operations across cafe, dining rooms, and catering.
• Lead and mentor a staff of about 50 employees.
• Drive operational performance, safety compliance, and financial results.
• Schedule shifts; manage hiring, performance reviews and staffing decisions.
