Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager to support culinary operations at Moravian Manor in Lititz, PA. You will oversee kitchen operations serving the retail cafe, four skilled care dining rooms, and catering, ensuring high-quality service.

This leadership role requires strong culinary knowledge, client relations, and the ability to mentor a team of about 50 staff. Typical hours are 10:00am to 6:30pm and may require weekend coverage.

The ideal candidate will strong culinary knowledge, excellent client relation skills with ability to lead & mentor staff. Will manage a staff of approx. 50 employees. Typical shift is 10:00am -6:30pm, may vary with every other weekend coverage.

Join a leadership role responsible for overseeing on-site food service operations and delivering consistent, high-quality service outcomes. This position drives operational performance, safety compliance, financial results, and long-term client success through hands-on leadership and strategic execution.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $81685 - $100000
