Sur La Table is seeking a Culinary Lead to inspire customers and build a high-performing culinary team at our Orlando location. The role blends culinary expertise with business acumen and teaching skills to deliver best-in-class classes and experiences.

The ideal candidate will lead recruitment, coaching, and ongoing staff development while driving sales growth, customer loyalty, and exceptional in-store experiences through hands-on classes and private events.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older at time of employment.
• 1–2 years of progressively responsible kitchen management experience.
• Valid Food Manager Certification.
• Degree in culinary arts preferred; extensive experience may substitute.

Responsibilities
