Sur La Table is seeking a Culinary Lead to inspire customers throughout the culinary journey, combining culinary expertise with business acumen and teaching skills. You will support the culinary program, drive sales, and help build a high-performing team, delivering the #bestincenter customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• A culinary arts degree is preferred; extensive culinary experience may substitute.
• 1–2 years of progressively responsible kitchen management experience.
• Valid Food Manager Certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing culinary team.

• Analyze KPI metrics to optimize store performance and culinary goals.
