Job summary

Sur La Table in Woodmere, OH, seeks a Culinary Lead, FT, to inspire customers through culinary expertise and teaching. You will support the culinary program, drive sales, and build a high-performing team while upholding our best-in-class service standards.

You will lead training, manage class experiences, and collaborate with store leadership to increase engagement and foot traffic. A culinary background and food-safety certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older at time of employment.
• A degree in culinary arts is preferred; however, extensive culinary experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• 1–2 years of progressively responsible kitchen management experience.
• Valid Food Manager Certification.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Passion for community engagement and providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail systems preferred.
