Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must read, write, understand, and communicate in English with Residents.
• Current Food Handlers Card as required by the Department of Health.
• Demonstrated leadership, training, and supervision skills.
• Strong written and oral communication with staff and residents.
• Must stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop throughout shift.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items per established standards/recipes.
• Ensure health protocols, proper hygiene, and food temperatures.
• Know residents and preferences; assist in orientations and engagements.
