Arrow Senior Living in Springfield, MO is seeking a Cook for a full-time 11:30am–7:30pm shift. You will prepare menu items, ensure food safety, and engage with residents to accommodate preferences, while supporting a home-like environment.

The role requires standing most of the day, lifting up to 50 pounds, and teamwork with staff across departments. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with Residents.
• Must possess a current Food Handlers Card per health department guidelines.
• Demonstrated skills in leadership, training, and supervision.
• Strong written and oral communication with management and staff.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable with indoor work and outdoor events; pass criminal background check.
