Arrow Senior Living is hiring a Server/Cook for a 3:00 pm–6:30 pm shift in Freeburg, IL. The role is part-time with a pay range of $19.25–$28.50 per hour, supporting a Monday, Tuesday, and Sunday schedule at Cedar Trails.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
• Current Food Handlers Card as required by the Department of Health.
• Demonstrated leadership, training, and supervision skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with management and staff.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort with extreme temperatures (cooking surfaces, freezers).
• Indoor work with event coverage outside as needed.
• Criminal clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items per recipes and standards with quality presentation.
• Maintain health protocols, hygiene, and proper food temperatures.
• Get to know residents and their preferences; participate in orientations.
