Formación

• Know local health and safety codes applying to the hotel.
• Ensure kitchen stays well-stocked at all times.
• Receive food and beverage orders as needed.
• Follow brand and IHM recipes when cooking for guests.
• Prepare and plate all items on the menu.
• Operate ovens, stoves, and microwaves for cooking/heating.
