Pyramid Global Hospitality in Naples, FL is seeking a passionate Cook to join our Culinary team. You will support chefs, assist in production, and help prepare dishes that reflect seasonal menus and our standards of quality.

Formación

• Active Food handler’s certification or the ability to obtain it.
• Willingness to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
• Requires strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Able to be on your feet for long periods of time; able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• At least 21 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Develop knowledge of cooking procedures (grill, sauté, fry).
• Experience using knives and kitchen equipment.
• Reach and recreate recipes; maintain consistency in food prep.
• Learn to minimize food waste through cross-utilization.
• Work with a world-class culinary team; set up workstations with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients for cooking (chopping, peeling vegetables, cutting meat).
• Keep kitchen sanitized and orderly; store food and items properly.
• Ensure quality and freshness of ingredients.
