Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• ServSafe certificate required by hire or within 45 days.
• Must have knife skills and understand cooking techniques.
• Culinary experience in restaurants, hotels or catering; trend awareness preferred.
• Ability to take orders and work well in a fast-paced team.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, creative and motivated for food prep and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Train and direct Air Culinaire team members; ensure food labeling and allergens are accurate.
• Provide feedback to Kitchen Management to monitor and improve quality.
• Assist in the butchering of meats and fish and daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure all food prep and presentations meet ACW specifications and standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized kitchen; monitor temp-logs and use safety tools.
• Direct others in preventative maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Assist in ordering, inventory and other duties as assigned by the GM.
• Use Shipday for all order logistics and delivery photo capture and recipient details.
