The Culinary Job Coach I position at One Step Beyond Inc. in Half Moon Bay, CA, supports employment development for program participants within OSBI Culinary Kitchens and workshops, and may work at job sites for catering events.

The role emphasizes teaching job skills, safe practices, and progress toward PCSP goals. You will accompany participants to sites, deliver individualized curriculum, and document progress while fostering compassionate supervision and collaboration with partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to pass Fingerprint DIJ & FBI clearance.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual disability or similar population.
• Ability to supervise with compassionate and safe approach.

Responsabilités

• Provide transportation to participants to employment sites and activities; observe performance and provide guidance.
• Deliver program curriculum based on individual needs and PCSP goals.
• Coach, mentor and support members in job skills development.
• Provide safety and proactive supervision during campus/community activities.
• Document daily progress in logs and data sheets.
• Demonstrate appropriate behavior management techniques with participants.
• Support relationships with community service, employer partners, and catering customers.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
