Qualifikationen

• Two to three years experience as a line cook.
• Must have full availability including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in a high-volume restaurant, preferably fine dining.
• Ability to remain calm under increasing demands and take coaching.

Aufgaben

• Utilize a variety of cooking styles, times and temperatures (Whole Roast, Quick Sear, Sous Vide, Slicer).
• Maintain consistency in station setup and breakdown with attention to cleanliness and safety.
• Prepare mise-en-place for a station and support service.
• Demonstrate speed, accuracy and temperature control; communicate across stations.
• Date and rotate perishables per Executive Chef standards.
