Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection in Napa Valley is seeking a Culinary Artisan to join our kitchen brigade. You will craft dishes across multiple cooking styles, set up and break down stations, and contribute to an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.

Qualifications

• Two to three years experience as a line cook.
• Must have full availability that includes mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant, preferably a fine dining establishment.
• Calm under pressure with consistent presentation and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Utilize diverse cooking styles, times and temperatures (roast, sear, sous vide, slicer).
• Maintain station setup, service readiness and cleanliness.
• Prepare mise-en-place for the station and assist during service.
• Monitor temperature, speed and accuracy; coordinate with other stations.
• Label and rotate perishables; ensure proper storage temperatures.
• Support the Executive Chef standards for food safety and quality.
