You will order supplies, manage mise en place, supervise teammates, and uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards while delivering consistently high-quality plating for our dining experiences.

Starting pay for this role is $22.50 per hour, with decisions on salary based on experience and education as part of our commitment to fair

Qualifikationen

• Formal culinary arts training or education is required.
• Experience at Cook III level or equivalent.
• Proficiency in baking methods including dough preparation, pastry shaping, and decorating.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality pastry presentation.

Aufgaben

• Order supplies by initiating requisitions and creating engineering work orders to maintain the kitchen facility.
• Check function sheets and restaurant requisitions and prepare daily task lists.
• Prepare mise en place for the day.
• Practice stock rotation, storage, and handling to minimize waste.
• Assist in supervision and/or training of other cooks.
• Keep the work area clean and uphold health, safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Report suspicious persons in the kitchen.
• Organize outlet orders and needs.
