Qualifications

• Current Food Handler's Card is required.
• One year Cook II level or previous Cook I experience.
• Proficient in various cooking methods.
• Strong focus on precision and detail to ensure high-quality presentation of dishes.

Responsibilities

• Work all kitchen positions and assist pantry and banquet duties as needed.
• Mentor and train teammates; support daily prep and technique guidance.
• Assist chef with special dinners and functions with minimal supervision.
• Develop daily features and menus under chef guidance, aligned to the outlet's theme.
• Manage food requisitions and ordering under chef's guidance for cost budgeting.
