Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection in Napa Valley is seeking a Cook IV to join our culinary team. You will contribute to exceptional dining experiences by following recipes, maintaining quality, and collaborating with a skilled kitchen staff.

Ideal candidates bring a minimum of two years of luxury hospitality cooking experience, a Food Handler’s Card, and a passion for precision, teamwork, and guest satisfaction. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of culinary experience; luxury hotel and/or high-volume restaurant experience preferred.
• Current Food Handler’s Card required (within 30 days of hire).
• Ability to follow recipes with minimal supervision while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
• Proficient English communication.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes, portion controls, pars, and presentation specifics as set by kitchen management.
• Set up work station according to established expectations.
• Execute prep tasks from start to finish.
• Work collaboratively with heart of house staff and front of house staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of heart of house areas, including refrigeration, cooking equipment, and prep areas.
• Participate in deep cleaning of heart of house areas.
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift.
• Follow set schedule and notify for tardiness and absence.
• Conform to Department of Health requirements to run an A-level kitchen.
