• Proficient in various cooking methods
• Strong focus on precision and detail to ensure consistency and high-quality presentation of dishes

Responsibilities

• Work across kitchen stations as needed, including pantry and banquet, with guidance for training and development.
• Assist with speciality dinners and functions with minimal supervision.
• Develop daily features and menus with chef guidance.
• Assist with food requisitions and ordering for cog budgeting.
• Lead and manage service in the absence of the chef.
