Grand Casino Mille Lacs & Hinckley is seeking an entry-level Cook I to support daily kitchen operations, food preparation, station setup, cleanliness, and food safety. You will learn cooking techniques, execute recipes, and contribute to an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

As a Cook I, you’ll work alongside culinary leadership and experienced staff, receive hands-on training, and have opportunities to grow within the Grand Casinos culinary team.

Qualifications

• No previous kitchen or food preparation experience required; training will be provided.
• ServSafe Certification preferred (or obtained within 1 year).

Responsabilités

• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and standards.
• Set up, stock, and maintain workstations for service.
• Assist with cooking duties including grilling, frying, roasting, baking.
• Monitor food quality and freshness during preparation and service.
• Support daily kitchen production and cleanup as needed.
