Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a VP of Product Management for its Managed AI Services portfolio in a pivotal leadership role. You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap, and lead cross-functional teams across engineering, partnerships and GTM to deliver AI-native services.

You will drive metrics, growth and profitability while shaping partnerships, pricing and market approach for a rapidly scaling business.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in product management for AI/ML services.
• Experience launching AI-native products and managing lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure trends and platforms.
• Experience leading technical product teams and cross-functional groups.
• Hands-on use of AI tools to accelerate product management craft.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term vision, strategy and roadmap for the Managed AI Services portfolio.
• Build, lead and mentor a team of product managers.
• Partner with engineering, PM, marketing, and sales to define requirements and drive lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Own business metrics including usage, revenue and gross margin; drive data-driven decisions.
• Shape go-to-market with sales, marketing and customer success; manage partnerships and M&A opportunities.
• Monitor competitive landscape and emerging tech to inform strategy and surface opportunities.
• Identify and resolve risks, bottlenecks and align budgets with business goals.
