Crusoe is building the future of AI infrastructure. Crusoe’s Finance team seeks a Senior Manager to own headcount and OpEx planning, budgeting, forecasting, and actuals across the company.

You will partner with People, Recruiting, and department leaders, driving end-to-end processes and monthly storytelling for leadership. You will lead headcount planning, OpEx budgeting, variance analysis, and executive reporting, while improving tools and processes to increase self-serve visibility and

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive finance experience with headcount/OpEx planning and reporting.
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel/Sheets proficiency.
• Ability to partner with People/Recruiting and translate hiring plans into financial impact.

Responsibilities

• Headcount planning and tracking across the company with department leaders.
• Lead annual budgeting and in-year OpEx forecasting with defensible plans.
• Own monthly/quarterly actuals reporting and variance analysis with action plans.
• Maintain rolling forecasts and communicate budget drivers to stakeholders.
• Partner with HR, Marketing and other leaders on budgets, ROI, and decisions.
• Improve tools and processes for headcount/OpEx planning and reporting.
• Prepare executive and board reporting packages.
