Job summary

Intermountain Healthcare Inc. is seeking a CT Technologist for Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, Colorado.

You will operate CT equipment, ensure patient safety, and deliver high-quality diagnostic images while maintaining ARRT competency and adherence to departmental protocols. The role requires 3+ years CT experience for Level II or 1–2 years for Level I, BLS, IV competency, state licensure, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) CT certification required
• BLS within 60 days required
• Licensure in state of practice required at hire
• IV competency within 90 days required
• Colorado role preferred fluoroscopy certification
• 1–2 years CT experience in hospital setting preferred
• Level II requires 3+ years CT experience and cross-sectional anatomy knowledge

Responsibilities

• Maintain ARRT competency in all clinical and technical functions
• Operate CT equipment and related information systems to produce quality images
• Ensure patient identification and exam preparation
• Perform exams per department protocol
• Review images for quality and accuracy
• Adhere to radiation safety guidelines
• Complete studies within department time expectations
• Provide patient education and address concerns
• Coordinate patient care and communicate with care providers
• Stay updated with CT technology and techniques
• Instruct students and other radiology staff
