Job summary

Intermountain Health’s Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, Colorado, seeks a CT Technologist to join our team on a 36-hour weekly schedule (three 12-hour shifts). You will maintain ARRT CT competency, operate CT equipment, verify patient identity and exams, and ensure image quality and safety.

Level I/II qualifications include ARRT(R), BLS within 60 days, state licensure, and 1–3 years CT hospital experience depending on level.

Qualifications

• ARRT CT (R) certification required at hire.
• BLS certification within 60 days.
• State licensure in practice as applicable, at hire.
• Level I: 1–2 years CT hospital experience preferred.
• Level II: minimum 3 years CT experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ARRT competency in clinical and technical functions.
• Operate CT equipment and related systems to ensure quality images.
• Ensure proper patient identification and exam preparation.
• Perform exams per department protocol and evaluate images for quality.
• Adhere to radiation safety and maintain a safe environment.
• Provide patient education and address concerns.
• Coordinate care and communicate with other providers.
