UAB Medicine is expanding its Emergency Department and hiring CT technologists to support the new addition at Alabama’s leading trauma center. The role involves performing CT procedures under supervision, with opportunities to work on advanced equipment in a high-volume setting.

The position requires ARRT/NMTCB credentials (CT designation within 1 year) and current BLS certification, with full-time hours, varied shifts, and a commitment to ongoing education and patient care excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an ARRT-accredited Radiography program.
• One year of general radiography experience preferred.
• BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of employment.

Responsabilités

• Perform CT procedures under the direction of a radiologist and CT supervisor.
• Use independent judgment and initiative to render prescribed CT procedures.
