Job summary

UAB Medicine is expanding its Emergency Department as Alabama’s largest health system. This CT Technologist role involves performing CT scans under supervision, with emphasis on accuracy and patient care. Start date may be as soon as possible through August 2026, with full-time AM/PM shifts.

Applicants should have ARRT registration (or NMTCB) and BLS certification, plus one year of radiography experience. This is a fast-paced, team-focused environment offering robust educational benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a radiography program accredited by ARRT.
• One year of general radiography experience preferred.
• Must be ARRT Registered or NMTCB Certified and obtain CT designation within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures under Radiologist supervision with independent judgment and initiative.
