Job summary

UAB Medicine is expanding its Emergency Department (ED) at UAB Hospital and hiring CT technologists to support large-scale trauma and diagnostic imaging services. You will perform CT procedures, leverage advanced CT equipment, and work with a multidisciplinary team in a high-volume setting.

As a qualified Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality CT imaging, adhering to safety protocols, and pursuing ongoing professional certification such as ARRT CT

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Radiology required.
• Currently registered as a Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) (R) with ARRT.
• Candidate must have CT registration with ARRT or be certified as NMT or NMTCB with ARRT/NMTCB.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures under the supervision of a radiologist and CT supervisor.
• Carry out CT imaging procedures with independent judgment and initiative.
