MetroHealth Radiology Department is seeking a Radiologic Technologist CT to join our team in Northeast Ohio. The role emphasizes high-quality CT imaging and patient care, with cross-training opportunities and a 4x10 hr shift pattern.

The candidate should be a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program, ARRT-registered with CT credential (or within one year), and hold an Ohio Radiographer License; BLS certification is required or obtained during probation.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT; CT credential or obtained within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtained within probationary period.

Responsabilidades

• Produces quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assists with CT-guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Patient scheduling and coordination for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educates patients regarding procedures, equipment, and examination to maintain understanding and comfort.
• Functions well under stress and with minimal supervision; works well independently and within the CT team.
