MetroHealth Radiology is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT imaging, assist with CT-guided procedures, and educate patients. The role requires ARRT credentials, an Ohio Radiographer license, and BLS certification, with cross-training and support across shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or obtains within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtains within the standard probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures and operate CT imaging equipment.
• Assist radiologists with CT-guided procedures including biopsies and drain placements.
• Educate patients about procedures and examinations to maintain understanding and comfort.
• Coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.
• Maintain safety and quality standards per policies and procedures.
