Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for its Radiology Department in Ohio. The role focuses on producing quality CT images and assisting with CT-guided procedures in a fast-paced setting.

Required are a CRT program graduate, ARRT registration with CT credential within a year, and Ohio license; BLS is mandatory. The team collaborates with nurses, physicians, and therapists to deliver patient-centered imaging services.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT; CT credential required within 1 year.
• Ohio Radiographer License (ODH) required.
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtain within probationary period.
• Preferred: ARRT CT credential (1 year)

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality CT images across Neuro, MSK, abdomen, thoracic and cardiac regions.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients and educate patients about procedures.
• Demonstrate on-the-spot critical thinking and communicate effectively with care teams.
• Work independently and as part of the CT team with minimal supervision.
