Job summary

MetroHealth Radiology is seeking a CT Technologist to join our team in Northeast Ohio. You will produce high-quality CT images, support CT guided procedures, and coordinate patient flow for inpatients and outpatients across diverse clinical scenarios.

The role requires ARRT CT certification, an Ohio Radiographer License, and BLS. You will collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and radiologists, delivering safe, efficient imaging services in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• ARRT CT credential or obtains within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtains within the standard probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assist with CT Guided Procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Patient scheduling and coordination for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment, and examination to maintain understanding and comfort.
• Demonstrate on-the-spot critical thinking and effective communication under stress.
• Work well independently and as part of the CT team.
