Job summary

MetroHealth radiology is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT imaging and assist with CT-guided procedures in the department. The role requires ARRT registration and Ohio radiographer licensure, with CT credential within one year.

The CT Tech will collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other team members to deliver accurate, timely imaging while educating patients and upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or obtain within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans and related procedures using CT equipment.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures such as biopsies and drain placements.
• Schedule and coordinate imaging for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients about procedures, equipment, and safety.
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other care team members.
• Maintain high quality imaging and patient safety under supervision.
