Dal-Tile, a Mohawk Industries subsidiary, is seeking a CSR Warehouse Associate II to support walk-in customers, answer inquiries, provide samples, and complete sales transactions. The role blends customer service with warehouse responsibilities to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery.

You will handle order entry, status checks, pricing, and transportation coordination, while performing warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, receiving, and cycle counts.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency required.
• 1 or more years customer service experience.
• Focus on customer account management preferred.
• Prior tile industry knowledge is preferred.
• 3+ years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels in the organization required.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate between the Company and its customers with a high level of service and support.
• Perform a variety of warehouse duties such as pulling/assembling orders, restocking and labeling vendor products, and conducting daily cycle counts.
• Process sales orders and resolve customer product or service issues as needed.
• Receive inbound material, process inbound shipments, stock material, and notify management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
• Provide customer account management, including order entry, order inquiry, pricing, stock check and transportation management.
• Provide customer service for a high volume of inbound calls using ACD.
• Key in orders, process faxes, and prepare reports.
• Interface with internal teams to address inquiries and order issues from order entry to delivery.
• Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.
